The breakfast is quite good!! Staff is very nice and handsome, and the staff speak very good English and is willing to answer any questions for us. Not far from to Termini, about 10 minutes walk. Room is not big but has everything we expect. Almost perfect. We do like the hotel. Will definetly choose it again next time.

good location - at convenient distance from Termini station. Very friendly staff. Good breakfast. Conditioning in room !! :)
small rooms, carpets in room could be cleaner, wall painting probably should be renewed more often...

The hotel offered a great breakfast with a variety of choices for a continental breakfast. The location of the hotel was perfect, just walking distance from the train station and other public transport, which made it very easy to visit all the attractions. the staff was very polite and helpful, they made our Christmas at the hotel very memorable.
The room was smaller than we anticipated and there was very limited space to move around. the heating system in the room was not very efficient, which made it a bit cold in the room during the night.

Staff friendly and helpful, attractive reception area, room modest in size but comfortable. Much prefer a small hotel such as this to one of a large chain.

I recently had a great stay at a small hotel in a very handy area for exploring. The location was excellent, with attractions like the Trevi Fountain and the Colosseum just a short walk away. The staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service, making us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The rooms were kept clean and comfortable, and the hotel also offered basic amenities like a mini bar and safe. The breakfast provided was good, with a nice selection of options to choose from.
Everything was ok.

Reception staff very helpful, spoke English, always cheerful and prepared to answer questions and try to solve any problems. Wifi excellent. Very good breakfast and restaurant staff.
Bargain room was situated in building about 20 from main hotel entrance. Room had no window,(it was stated in small point).Found it very claustrophobic. Relocated on second night to adjacent room. Small windows covered by a solid steel grill.Access to both these rooms by a narrow corridor. There were other rooms also in adjacent buildings to the main block. I would definitely not stay in these annexe type rooms on another occasion. One real concern for me was the lack of any fire exit or any obvious smoke alarms. One day the room was not serviced at all. On another occasions it was serviced at 4.00pm. Price was reasonable for a 3 star hotel.

The rooms were well-maintained and kept clean throughout our stay, ensuring a comfortable experience. Clean room, good location. Very helpful staff and they agreed to store bags for 3 days while we went away to Sorrento which helped us tremendously so we did not have to carry large suitcases (on the train) and were able to travel with our back packs to Sorrento
3 mature persons travelling and we booked triple room but this was rather small. 3Rd bed was a trundle which when opened up did not leave any room to walk around bed access wardrobe. Wardrobe could not be opened while trundle bed was used. It was a nuisance to put the bed away after use each time.

Had an amazing New Year's at this hotel! the breakfast was delicious, with a good variety to choose from. the location was perfect for exploring the city, with easy access to public transportation and plenty of restaurants nearby. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering recommendations for things to do and see.
The room was a bit outdated, but still clean and comfortable. the only other negative aspect was the internet key system, which was a bit inconvenient and sometimes difficult to use.

Very close to Termini station and within easy walking distance of most major attractions. Very helpful staff. Good breakfast but room rather small. I am very glad that I chose this hotel for my first experience of this great city! I would certainly recommend it to others.
